At Vibe On, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and uninstalled

  • The product must be in original condition and packaging

  • All accessories and wiring must be included

  • Proof of purchase is required

Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or physical damage are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Used or installed products

  • Custom order items

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Products with physical damage

  • Items missing original accessories or packaging

  • Installation and service charges

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe using the original payment method or agreed arrangement.

Installation and service charges are strictly non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace products if they are defective or damaged due to manufacturing faults.

Installation Disclaimer

Professional installation is strongly recommended. Vibe On is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, wiring issues, or misuse.
